Hierarchy of Criminal Courts for Appeal
At the subordinate level to the High Court there are broadly four levels of courts for any territory in a state. These are:
- Court of Session
- Judicial Magistrate of First Class
- Judicial Magistrate of Second Class
- and Executive Magistrate
