Hierarchy of Criminal Courts for Appeal

At the subordinate level to the High Court there are broadly four levels of courts for any territory in a state. These are:

  1. Court of Session
  2. Judicial Magistrate of First Class
  3. Judicial Magistrate of Second Class
  4. and Executive Magistrate
